Please aim to order one week in advance to secure your preferred date. We cannot guarantee availability any sooner than this however we always strive to meet you preferred date. Please choose your preferred date (baring in mind you need to collect or have delivered the day before you intend to start your cleanse). Once we receive your order a member of the team will be in touch via email to confirm your date.


Collections are between 4pm - 6pm on the day of your confirmed collection. Collections available Tuesday-Saturday. Please book collections the day before you intend to start your cleanse. Collections are only available from our Hanley branch and not available from our Trentham branch due to space and time limitations.


Deliveries are now available every Monday. These deliveries can be delivered to your workplace or home address. All deliveries will take place late afternoon early evening each Monday. If we are unable to deliver due to access to the building being denied or no one is at the address then orders will be taken to our Hanley branch for collection and will be stored for a maximum of 24hours. Deliveries are available to ST1, ST2, ST3, ST4 and ST5 areas for an addition charge of £5.95. ST11, ST15 for an additional charge of £7.95 


If you decide to pick up a staggered collection or your full cleanse (3 Day = 18 Bottles / 5 Day = 30 Bottles) you will need to freeze your bottles to keep them fresh and defrost by taking the next days bottles out of the freezer the night before. Juices and Smoothies can be frozen for up to 30 Days.
