HERE's WHAT WE're LOOKING FOR...

We're on the hunt for two experienced Kitchen Assistants to join our team!

Experience of working in a busy kitchen environment is essential. We need people to hit the ground running. A strong focus on quality, along with a friendly and welcoming attitude is a must! Our menu has a strong focus on health and as such an interest in healthy food is of advantage. We're a young, exciting two location business with big plans to grow. We're a friendly bunch and have a strong one for all, all for one mentality.

The two roles will work on a 34hr week rota pattern over 4 days including Sunday. Example shift pattern below. The positions offers opportunities to progress within the business. You may be required to work at either of our locations from time to time if the business requires however the roles advertised are predominantly for our Trentham Estate location.

Mon | Wed | Thur | Sun

Week 1 - Staff 2

Tue | Fri | Sat | Sun

Week 2 - Staff 1

Tue | Fri | Sat | Sun

Week 2 - Staff 2

Mon | Wed | Thur | Sun

Rate of pay will depend on experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

General kitchen duties including preparation, service and clean down. You will keep a close eye on stock rotation, complying to company policies and procedures and following all mandatory COSHH and HACPP guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

Previous kitchen experience is essential. Applicants without Kitchen experience will not be considered. Experience working in a fast, busy kitchen environment is of advantage.
